Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that this is separate from the shipping time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or missing deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You may receive a refund (excluding shipping), or

  • We’ll reship once at no cost. Additional returns will require payment for reshipping.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
